    All marine and offshore activities were demerged in a new company named Zamil Offshore

  • 1985

    Company name changed to Zamil Operations & Maintenance to diversify in several fields other than marine.

  • 1980

    Company name changed to Zamil Marine & Catering Services for diversification in the operation and management of accommodation barges.
